No story or prerequisite required, this is your space to heal. Sliding scale/suggested donation." No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. As with all of my reiki session, this is designed for those who need a safe space for stress relief, unblocking, alignment, and healing. I will hold space for you. Reiki is for relaxation, has no negative side affects and can lessen the stress response. Reiki can help the receiver with insight and clarity in their healing. Reiki is not a substitution for talk therapy or trauma therapy, but is complimentary to these healing modalities.
