All done from the safety of your own home. Set aside around an hour. Yes you can receive reiki and experience the benefits of healing from a distance. Reiki energy is universal life energy. Reiki is a non-invasive healing therapy that channels this energy through the practitioner to the client, it goes where it needs to go. Reiki energy also follows the Hermetic Law of similarity, because we are all made from the same energy matter, we are all apart of a larger whole and therefore all connected. Reiki is for relaxation, has no negative side affects and can lessen the stress response. Reiki can help the receiver with insight and clarity in their healing. Reiki is not a substitution for talk therapy or trauma therapy, but is complimentary to these healing modalities.
